My final nail art design for you on this Halloween day comes from another new-to-me indie brand: Delush Polish. I have no clue how I did not come across this brand sooner, as they love to make polishes with lots of glitter and I love nothing more! A match made in heaven!
Would you just look at all of that glittery goodness? They even like using the huge, round, to-die-for circles. And they are in abundance! I stood my bottle upside down for about a 1/2 hour before I got started and didn’t need to do any fishing. Needless to say my 2nd order has already arrived!!
I chose to pair Delush Polish Bichcraft
with their All That Glitters Is Not Gold
polish for for this design. They look so beautiful together in my opinion and there’s so much going on with all the glitter that I probably could have stopped here. But what fun would that be??
- I starting by applying 3 coats of All That Glitters Is Not Gold over my base on my thumb and ring finger.
- Then I placed triangle stiletto vinyls on my index, middle and pinky fingers and applied 2 coats of Bitchcraft.
- I pulled off the vinyls and used a nail art brush to fill in the negative space with All That Glitters Is Not Gold.
- I finished with a coat of HK Girl Fast Drying Topcoat on all nails.
I found the best little witches on my Sugar Bubbles SB-030 plate
and stamped them on my thumb and ring finger with Mundo de Unas Black
The final touch to this design was removing the shine with Girly Bits Polish Matte’rs Topcoat
Basecoat and Topcoat: Orly Bonder, HK Girl Fast Drying Topcoat, Girly Bits Polish Matte’rs Topcoat
Base polish: Delush Bitchcraft and All That Glitters Is Not Gold
Stamping plate: Sugar Bubbles 030
Stamping polish: Mundo de Unas Black (not shown)
I would imagine that you’ve seen in my previous Halloween posts that the Hobby Polish Bloggers Group (HPB) I participate in on Facebook is having a Link-up this week and the theme is Halloween. They were hoping to get at least 40 entries and said I could add as many designs as I wanted. This design is my final attempt to get us to that goal!
If you are into nails, whether you have a blog or use Instagram or even if you are a polish maker, you should check out this group. Aside from being a really nice bunch of ladies in a drama free environment, they have been an excellent resource to me whenever I have questions. Be sure to scroll down for more information and to checkout their work!
I would love to hear your thoughts on this design! It is now 3:15AM on October 31st and I have happily finished my last post for Halloween day. I am exhausted and need to get some rest, then I will begin replying to comments here and on social media. Thank you so much for your support and patience! Happy Halloween!
